Vintage handlebar bottle cage ?

I have a nice Mondia Special that I’m intending on ( eventually) taking to an Eroica event. The frame was never drilled for bottle cages so I’m hoping to find some sort of handlebar mounted cage. I’ve seen a couple of pics of vintage nice set up this way but cannot find anyone who sells the cages. Help ?

I like the Velo orange "retro" water bottle cage for old road bikes; Velo orange sells a handlebar attachment as well.
