The Technium series was introduced for the 1986 model year. IIRC, 1992 was the last year for Technium, While Raleigh USA continued to market bonded frames after that, they didn't have the Technium label.
There are a few extant catalogs available online. I've got some, a few price lists, several road tests and lots of advertisements. If you're looking for information on a bicycle you own, the serial number will tell us the exact build date, Between that and the components we should be able to identify the year, model and then track down OEM specs.

Yes, it is a 1992. First and fifth digit indicates year of manufacture. (cable housing entry through left side of top tube confirms '88-and later).
It was made on the one-hundredth day of the year (4/10) and was the thirty-eighth bike built on that shift.
