In case anyone else was wondering how they managed that, it's using a "custom-made-by-FSA eccentric bottom bracket". Emphasis mine.

Don't worry; if they all didn't completely sell out; bonktown relists them until they're all sold or the time runs out (and hence relist and so on); so check periodically in the future/ meantime.
They shouldn't have sold out as it's mostly roadies at white collar jobs who use the site; not hipster boys and girls; track bikes do not sell well.

Just FYI: those bars weight in at 340g, where as a set of FSA Omega Compact drops (roughly the same price) come in at 300g, so just because it is wrapped in carbon doesn't mean its gonna be amazing.
