Yesterday I ended the day with a 300 calorie deficit...woke up 147.3 last Sunday i was 151. So I'm finally back to my post Thanksgiving weight.

Ruth's Chris over the weekend with friends. I managed to keep the consumption under control and still enjoy the food. The wife & I brought home 4 small bags of left overs. Ruth's Chris for lunch today

I have finally reversed this trend...four lbs by mid feb is my goal...baring illness/injury/and more 15 hour work days I can make it happen. If my fitness can withstand it I'm shooting for 142 by Ft Davis. Last time I got that light I lost power along with it.

I started at 158 currently at 140 only 2 lbs to get to 2lbs per inch
have been holding at a 700 calorie deficit and my FTP has gone up (actual figure not only w/kg) should be at 4w/kg if i lose the 2 lbs

let's see, up 5lbs to 156.5 and one more inch around my waist to 31.5". Not good, but manageable. Now i just need to get it down to 147 mid March.

Within 9 lbs of final weight, and I haven't even been working at this very hard...
My "not-very-often" instances of drinking alcohol are now tapered back to, "maybe 1 or 2 each month"
Sugar is getting cut back, dairy & empty carbs are reduced... should be making good progress over the next 2-3 weeks.

I'm still holding at 4-8 pounds to goal. But, the other day, I was called slender -- I'm not. Haha!!
