And another one: a Hoogland Sport.

Put on an ATB drivetrain (Shimano 200GS) last year and a flat bar and keep it for friends who want to come along for a ride.

Well, get going. This thread's been up for two days already.

btw I agree about Rootboy's Champion Team. Way prettier than my Team Champion, which isn't even orange. In fact, it's blue, the opposite of orange. Boo.

Another beauty. Nice touch with the water bottle, too.

CV-6 and rootboy, is one of yours a re-paint, or did rootboy add the accents on the seatstay caps? Or is that just variance from different years?

Hi Due route. All original paint. The painted stay caps came that way. My example is the model just prior to CV-6's, I believe.

Thanks for the info. It makes sense that as time passed they dropped that flourish. My 1978 looks even more like they were trying to emulate an Italian frame. Well, other than the Huret dropouts and French threading, that is.

Jim, beautifully done. I'd ride it. Given the size, it has to be for you.

Orange is my favorite accent color. If I had only one bike, it would be orange.

If you like orange, check out Michael Forsberg's gallery. He is a very accomplished outdoor photographer. When I first visited his studio, his wife told me that orange was also his favorite color. That becomes apparent when you look at his gallery.

Very nice, Roshgosh. Is that a European market bike? What's the model?

Yes, that is a very nice bike. Say, Roshgosh, have you posted close ups of that bike? Maybe so. I for one would certainly like to see close ups of the head badge, foil decals, lug details, etc. Please
