Identifying parts from a photo

Can anyone help me identify parts from this photo?

Clearly it is not possible to see all the necessary details to conclusively identify all the parts, but I'm hoping that educated guesses can be made based on the other parts and the vintage those parts put the bicycle.

KNOWN
Frame: Roy Thame (c.1975).
Rear derailleur: SunTour V-Luxe, RD-130 (I have the original still).
Front derailleur: Shimano 60, EC-200 (I have the original still).
Top tube brake cable guides: Campagnolo (I have 2 of the original 3 still).

UNKNOWN
Brake calipers: Weinmann Type 500? (based on shape and 'unusual' left side cable clamp).
Brake levers: Universal? (based on shape)
Cranks: Stronglight 93? (based on spider shape).
Gear shifter: Suntour? (based on rear derailleur).
Pedals: Campagnolo?
Toe-clips and straps: Christophe?
Hubs: 36 hole (?) Sunshine/Sanshin either pro am or 5345. Or Campagnolo 1035, Record high flange?
Rims: ?
Tyres: ?
Spokes: ?
Bottom bracket: ?
Chain: ?
Handle bar: ?
Stem: ?
Headset: ?
Seatpost: ?
Saddle: Selle Italia Criterium (based on memory)?
(Shoes: DETTO?)

I suspect the brake levers are Weinmann as well. They had those aluminum barrel adjusters sometimes.

There's something about the crank that doesn't say 'Stronglight' to me. Maybe Sugino Mighty Tour?

Agreed - Mighty, rather than Mighty Tour, based on relative position of ring bolts.

I am not good at identifying parts. Better at identifying what they are not!.
Not Universal levers, wrong barrel adjusters and shape.
Not Stronglight 93.
Suspect stem is 3 TTT, maybe Record.
HB are not Cinelli, no sleeve.
Not Campy Record or TIpo front hub.

I'd go with something like a Suntour LD-1000 for the shifters.

Can't help with parts ID but am curious about the OP's relation to the bike and/or rider. Seems a very specific request...

Bike belongs to me.
Rider is my late father, the original owner of the bike.
I now have the frame and fork, front and rear derailleurs, and two of the three top tube cable guide clips.
I wish to bring the bike back to its original specification, hence the query.

On an similar thread I posted on Retrobike.co.uk I'm getting pointed in the way of Shimano 600 brakes not Weinnman 500 but there is no clear QR in the picture. Also, based on the Japanese derailleurs, SR components are being suggested for some of the other components.

I really appreciate the help so far.

Shimano Tourney brakes certainly look right:

I suspect that given the apparent lean towards Japanese parts, the pedals were likely MKS Sylvans.

Interesting story. Is the photographer still around, and would s/he know anything?

Toe clips/straps look very Christophe, indeed.
