Recommend a bike fitter in Los Angeles

Who is an experienced fitter you’ve had a good experience with?

I’m on the east side so I prefer someone close and not in WLA/Santa Monica.

I don't think there are any regulars on this forum that live in Los Angeles.

A friend used Coach Briton and liked the process (not high-tech, but gave training tips as well). The person I used years ago has since closed down.

You might try Velo in Pasadena...they have a lot of vintage steel and if they can't do it they may have a recommendation for you on the east side.
Good luck Ben

Around the Cycle in Pasadena offers bike fitting, per their web page:

Basic Performance Bike Fit - $99

Max Performance Bike Fit - $189

Pretty sure it's a guy who comes up from San Diego or something to do it, though, not a regular thing that they have in-store. Now tht I think of it, I think they even had a "bike-fit day" a while back. I saw a bike-fitting gizmo of some kind at REI in Arcadia, too, but they suggested it was just a minimal thing they do. You might ask, though. Good luck.

IMO Nate is the best. Stands out from any other fitter that I've personally dealt with and or used over the decades.

Speak of the Devil: I just got an email from Around the Cycle that they're doing Bike Fit Day this weekend. Their Bike Fit Page has a phone number for the guy who's coming up from SD to do it, so you can make arrangements with him.

Edit: I was able to get up there for Basic Fit this weekend, and I found it pretty worthwhile. Mike fit me with some orthotics, as my knees are a bit out of whack. Helped me out with seat, pedal, handlebar adjustment. I didn't go for the more expensive fitting, but I found it useful and worthwhile.
