Help ID this Univega Mixte, biopace and downtube shifters?

Hi,
I need some help with an ID on a bike listed locally that might work well for someone I know. I've tried searching based on some noticeable things, but haven't been successful. I noticed aero levers, downtube shifters, and what look like biopace chainrings. Though, these all might not be original. Help appreciated, thanks!

Don't do any brain damage, the bike is a deal at it's asking price of $75 if it is a chromoly frame. Go get it!

I don't think it's common for Mixtes to have down tube shifters, so that makes it interesting. Maybe a "sports touring" model. I'm not much help but $75 is a great deal in my market.

It's tough to tell from the photo, but I'm going to guess it's a mongrel. The wheels appear to be '90's "aero" profile, but the shifters, crank, and brake levers say mid-'80's. It still might work fine together. For $75 I'd take the risk, but I'd be prepared to do major mechanical work if something is wonky.
