treads showing up after switching the tires front to back

at first i could see just the top of the treads and one day when i came home from school i saw that now it had become a small bulge.
i dont feel like buying new tire becouse in half year i will get a moped (im from sweden) but i have to take my bike too school everyday. so can i fix it or do i have to buy a new tire

If you have a bulging tire, that’s bad, and you should either get some help deflating/removing/re-mounting the tube & tire and seeing if it all seats properly, OR

buy a new tube/tire. You can likely get an average new tire (depending on size, etc) for $10-$20 USD locally.
(And it is worth it even if in 6 months you’re maybe buying a motorized vehicle.)

A new tire will cost less than the medical bill from the possibility of crashing.

As cheap as a new tire is, I'm scratching my head wondering why you are even asking such a silly question.
