Mounting a Phone in an Otter Box
I am having a heck of a time finding a phone mount that will fit my iphone 6s in the Otterbox case. Ideally I would like one that mounts to the steering stem. Any thoughts on what I might use?

I have tried this with a couple different things and ultimately decided that if I was to mount the phone it would need to be removed from it's case.

A Delta mount designed for a phone larger than the iPhone 6s might fit around the Otterbox. I use a generic protective edge bumper around my iPhone 4s (edges only, doesn't cover the front or rear) and it fits in my Delta mount. A bit snug but it works.
The Delta mount should have options to clamp around the handlebar (which I use on my bikes with quill stems) or threadless stems.

About the only thing I found that worked over a long time was the ram mount products

if you take the phone out of the case, drill two holes with the width distance of your stem in the middle of the 2 holes, take a heavy duty zip tie, dont use the thin ones, fasten the case to the stem, plugin your phone into your case.
you can also make two sets of holes near the top and the bottom of stem alignment.
i have found that me using a 1$ case for my iphone 5 that i dont use anymore, has been the best bike cellphone mount over all the other products and expensive click in cases.
