Finally, some cool pictures!
I've been thinking about doing Di2 on my Sirrus, or another one. What are your thoughts??? You wouldn't have a write up or parts list for the conversion would you??
sweet bike(s)!

1. You'd need flatbar shifters like the K-Edge Ki2 (K-Edge Ki2: Electronic Mountain Bike Shifting)
2. A Di2 battery mount: Shimano Ultegra Di2 Battery Mount
3. A Di2 battery: Shimano Di2 SM-BTR1 Battery Pack
4. A Di2 junction box: Shimano E-Tube Di2 3-Port Junction Box
5. Di2 cabling: https://www.competitivecyclist.com/s...tegra-di2-wire
6. Di2 front and rear derailleurs. I went with Ultegra 6870 for mine.
Rear: Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-6870 Road Bike Rear Derailleur 11 Speed
Front: https://www.competitivecyclist.com/s...BERVJBSUxMRVVS
7. I needed an 11-speed hub for my rear wheel but it you already have 11-speed you can skip that.
I won't be a cheap upgrade and you can see the flack I got in my thread about it with someone rambling on about ego ect but I really dig having Di2.

This toughroad had the stock curvy bar but I swapped it out for a flatbar and now can ride it all day without any wrist pain.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. I've been considering similar.

[QUOTE=castmasterflash;19778033]The factory bar was about 700mm long and curvy, identical to the one on my talon, which is an MTB designed to go through the rocks and trees. I cut the straight one I replaced it with down to 580mm, the same length as the bars on my older Giant mountain bikes. Having them shorter is best for road riding I believe.
