MTB to Road brake lever shim?

Anyone know where I can find a 22.2 to 23.8 shim -mountain to road bar?

I'm doing an experimental handlbar setup and need to put crosstop/interrupter type brake levers onto a mtn flat bar.
Thanks

The primary brakes, are going to be TT reverse brake levers inserted into bar ends... with the interruptors being located where the brakes normally would be...

Any 0.8 mm (0.03") shim stock should work. Auto and industrial supply shops carry it in brass, steel or aluminum and you might even find some in a bigger hardware store or home centers. Buy a small sheet and cut strips to fit.
