Fairly low end 60's 3speed in slightly rough shape. This is a fairly small step through bike for a rider 5'2" to about 5'6" so good chance it is too small. As for value about $100 there are just a tone of lesser British 3 speeds in good shape in most markets and most are just not selling at any price.
