1000th Post - Thank you
I thought that I would take my 1,000th post to take the opportunity to say thank you to the many people who have helped me and helped others on this forum. I am posting this in the mechanic’s forum as I have found this an especially supportive place to learn. Many people here are very gracious with their time, and especially the pro mechanics who offer their support gratis.
At the risk of missing people who are consistently helpful, I wanted to specifically thank Andrew R Stewart , dsbrantjr , wgscott , WizardOfBoz , DiabloScott , DrIsotope , Kapusta , and HillRider . You patiently offer advice, and prevent overzealous engineers like me from giving poor advice to others.
Thanks for making a place that I want to spend time when I am not on a bicycle.

I'll add Francis B (FB in NYC) to the list of mentors needing to be mentioned. We all stand on those who came before. Andy
