FSA Crankarm came off my Bianchi
While riding the loop in Central Park yesterday, the left crankarm completely detached from my bike. I took it to a bike shop and they suggested that I would need an entirely new crankset. I am hoping to learn that a lesser repair is possible. More importantly, I would like to know what one of you would do in my spot.
From my language you can guess I know very little about repairs. I got this bike < 2 months ago and have been loving it and putting 50-100 miles a week on it in NYC in central park. I want to be back up and running ASAP.
Please ask any clarifying questions. Bottom line is I would love to know if you think I should get a new crankset (and if so do you have any recommendations) or can I get by with some replacement parts. They would need to be compatible with the following crankset which appears to be a FSA SL-K Light B01.37x24 ROAD. Love this bike and want to treat with care. Thanks.
I have photos but the forum will not let me post them so please DM or let me know if there is some way I can share.

When the crank arm comes off, and typically it's the left arm, it will never go back on and stay on.... the alloy has been stretched from riding it loose.
It came off because not properly attached, and by that I meant tightened correctly, and then retighten one time after riding a few miles.
You can purchase a new left crank arm if you can find it. Or replace the whole crank.

I really appreciate your input. I will start to look for a compatible crankarm. I suppose if I cannot find one then I will need to replace the crankset though I hope to avoid this. Also, I got the bike tuned at a local bike shop for over $100 (nyc). Is this something that should have been avoided through the tuning process?

I agree w/ the above poster saying you're most likely going to need a new arm or crankset. If you paid for a tune up the mechanic should have put a wrench on every fastener on the bike. There are really not that many, all of them should be checked.

All of those photos and none of them are what we'd really need to see. There is no need to post any photos of the drive side. What we need to look at is the inside of the non drive side arm where the bottom bracket axle would go. That's the only way to know if it's damaged to the point of needing replacement.
