I have been the target of some snarkyness since I ride bent bikes and trikes, and advocate for easy rides to enjoy the scenery. But then since I ride my bent and my trike, I dont get all butt hurt over it.

Our world is getting more argumentative, snarky and convoluted. And it happens everywhere. Bike forums, super markets, streets, hallways...I've got My theories as to why this is, but alas, don't feel up to arguing about them and will keep them to myself

Thanks for the history lesson, clarification and explanations. I think I’ll just stick with the C & V plus bike mechanic forums and ignore “Featured Threads”. Obviously, I don’t spend much time on other forums.
