Vintage bike and.. Bags!

hi , i want to talk abount the bags used into vintage bike.
Actually i have two bike wearing them but both had the same model with a different color...
now since i have some leftover pieces of ecoleather and my mum is a dressmaker i'am looking for some ideas to make something different inspired by old bags.
The bags i want to make will fit into my two rod-brake bikes (the first is already finished and the second one i'am still working)
Do you have any leather bag into your bike? Share a photo if you can.
Those are my currently bags mounted into my condorino and into the first rod-brake bike.

I like the classic English saddle bags.

I have been using this cheap plastic copy of the Brooks Millbrook for years now. It holds a lot of stuff and doesn't get in the way of anything.

It would appear the potential leather donors approve as well.

You were good with the cows until they sniffed the Brooks saddle. Then you were in trouble. "No milk for you".

In the past I have used soft leather pieces to make the old fashion ‘burrito wrap’ bag. The trick is in 3 good fasteners, have used everything from zip-ties to leather boot laces to nice toe straps. Some were quite large (4zip ties)!

Sorry no pics, seems like a millennia ago.
When I went CO2, the cartridges were slippery, went to seatpack with zippers. and my jersey pockets got heavier.

Earlier this year during the COVID-19 shelter in place orders I made this leather saddle bag inspired by Brooks Isle of Wight canvas bag.

I picked the blue goatskin because it was a close match for the vintage Bridgestone bag I use on my '71 Paramount. The saddle bag is now mounted on the Paramount.

I'm thinking that over the winter of '20-21 I need to copy the Bridgestone in the same blue goatskin.

Did you decide to retain your condorino?

At one point last year I saw you had listed it for sale...perhaps it was on subito.it

Yea i listed on subito.
The condorino is special for me , if someone pay me very-well i can think about selling it otherwise i'm very proud of this bike
the only reason for selling is to have a lot of money to invest into another bike (i'm pointing to something more rare).
