Quote for 1994 Cannondale

Hello everyone. How much do you think I could realistically sell this bike for?
It's a Cannondale h 800 ultra sport, from around 1995. Most of the components were changed. Frame and fork (both aluminium) are original, as are the brakes and brake levers, the front derailleur (Deore XT) and its command. Rear derailleur is Deore LX. The bike is in good conditions, and cassette/chainrings/cranks/bottom bracket/chain have less than 1.000 km.

If you were lucky, $100, pandemic pricing. Otherwise $50. That bike has been ridden hard and not taken care of in the last 25 years. By chance was this used in the courier business?

Thanks. Yeah I thought the same too. BTW you mean € or £?
Bike looks battered, but it's actually in very good conditions. I'd also like to paint it someday.

You can get a pretty good idea of the actual production date by looking at the inside of the crank arm and finding the Shimano date code. It is two letters in a small circle. The one on the bike shown below is "PA" which translates into 1991 for the P and January for the A. Since that part was made in early 1991, the bike is probably made that same year. P = 1991 X = 1999
Here's the link to a list of the date codes:

My Cannondale SM800 has the same components as the bike you have. I was extraordinarily lucky to find it in a second hand store for US$20. It was dusty and the tires were flat but otherwise it was in remarkably good shape. The only things different on it today are the tires and brake pads. The brake and shift levers are Deore DX and the derailleurs are the ones you describe. I doubt the bike with a radially spoked front wheel. I tried that on a road bike a couple of decades ago and eventually switched to the normal cross pattern because it was too easy to have the front wheel go out of true.

Thanks. The cranks are Sugino Ritchey. It says "Sugino Ritchey 170 A10". Any idea what that means?
