Remove bike wheel - 5 side Allen Bolt
I bought a city bike in a garage sale last month.
Last week I got a flat tire and I would like to remove the wheel to change the tire, but it seems that I need a special tool or something to do that.
I attached a couple of pictures of both sides below.

- Do you know how can I "unscrew" it?
- Can I buy any quick release skewer as a replacement so I won't have the same problem in the future?

BMW used to use penta fasteners on their radios; they required a specific tool to remove them. The fasteners on your bike may be there for "security" reasons so I'd start with looking at who made the part(s) first, it could be proprietary.

Looks like some variety of Pitlock. You're probably gonna have to drill the end out, or slot it to use a screwdriver and get a new skewer.

Picture from OP's album. Most of the bikes manufactured for bike share use had, as anti-theft measures, fasteners that required a proprietary tool. I reckon that you could be lucky in finding the right tool, or perhaps you could make one. There are pentastar security bits available so perhaps they would work.
This looks like a through axle configuration so I guess a last resort would be to destructively remove the axle nut so the axle slides out and then and replace with a standard one. Make sure you understand how this configuration works, though. For instance, 1) which nut is the one that you remove? 2) is the through axle a standard diameter?

Some Girling brakes use a 10mm 5-point driver: https://www.amazon.com/Laser-2948-Pe.../dp/B0039UJKUE Could work, yours looks close to the same size.

In the end I bought some cheap "anti-theft" skewers from aliexpress that were including a 5-side Allen key and it worked perfectly
