Hi I just recently started bike to the subway station and the one and only rack is always full, how do I request or send a letter to the city or who ever is in charge to install an additional bike rack? It seems like a long shot but yeah. I have a chain lock but it's not long enough to go around the lamp post, I also have a u lock but not confident to lock on to a stop sign (no parking meters around).
