Order's In

I had a rough time finding a bike. I seem to have a knack for picking out discontinued bikes.
First choice was the Giant Suede DX - discontinued and after 20ish calls around Texas not available
Second choice Trek Navigator 1 - Store said they had one, turns out it was a 7100 once again none available
Third choice Electra Townie 21d - I wound up not liking the feel of the townie
bounced around on a few other Trek's and Giants and finally place an order for
a Cypress ST

Congrats! I've had the same bike for about a month and love it. Let me know what you think!

Looking at the OP it's probably the way I posted it. The Cypress looks like the brand name instead of Giant- Cypress ST.

Nice new ride! One of my bikes, a Cannondale t1 touring bike, is discontinued too. But like you found out, there's lots of choice in bikes of a similar quality and price.

I hope the bike contributes to you meeting your objectives... lose weight, get in shape, make new friends...whatever they may be.
