Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bromelain helps reduce swelling and inflammation in the body, making it beneficial in the treatment of conditions such as arthritis, sinusitis, inflammatory bowel conditions and general sprains and strains. Bromelain can also help break down fibrin, a protein that can cause blood clotting.

No reason you can't do two minors in four years. Or two majors, for that matter.

i learned something very interesting about the voodoo aspect of modern medicine. I am totally accustomed to allergists and took for granted that they exist as a speciality of modern medicine. But to my surprise, modern medicine is based on local history and custom rather than scienc. The idea of a doctor dealing with allegies is totally alien to taiwan. I can't even buy clarityn or benedryl. face palm. and this is a life threatening condition!

but the silver lining is, there are plenty of cosmetic surgeons around!

Multiple millions. I did not marry him, even though that was an option. Smartest move I ever made, quite honestly. I woke up one day and 100% saw that situation for what it was, and it was not good. I surprised myself because I went from being engaged and living with the guy to being moved out and gone in the span of one week. There was not even a precipitating event, just I literally woke up one day and realized I was hitching my star to a very dysfunctional person. Smart, witty, athletic, and fun to be around, yes. But basically F-ed up from a weird rich person upbringing and at the very least an alcoholic. The kind of guy who has the real potential to drag me down with him. It was a lightbulb moment and that was that, it was over and I moved on. Still friends though and if I ever needed anything, I know I could count on him, he's a good person.
