I'm trying a new way to embed Google Photos images. Do me a favor and comment if you're seeing this shot of me in the elevator coming home from picking up some freshly roasted coffee last weekend...

some of the places which offer green coffee to homeroasters also offer free shipping...

Neighborhood 4th of July parade last year in my elder son's neighborhood. Henry E., then 4, with little brother Erik, mama Jin, and grandpa John on his red-white-and-blue (seemed appropriate) Schwinn Team Issue Project KOM-10 mountain bike.

Installed Tektro Canti brakes, Cane Creek levers, Shimano bar-ends, SOMA Junebug bars, and Ritchey Comp stem. I also swapped out the original Araya wheelset for a set of Vuelta Zerolite clinchers from Bike Nashbar. A quite decent, inexpensive set that has been outstanding. I actually have two sets of Vueltas for this bike; one wearing 26x40mm Vittoria Randonneurs for streets/trails/gravel, the other wearing the 2.8s for more rugged/nastier surfaces. I switch between them depending on riding.

Michael your front rack looks fantastic. Is this an older Blackburn front rack, or a rear rack that you've modified, or something else?

bOsscO,
It’s a Racktime Top-it front rack. Bought it about 6 years ago. Great rack, very happy with it. It has been replaced with an updated version called Racktime Top-it EVO. Pretty much the same design; just a slight tweak to the front tubing bend and light bracket (for mounting a dynamo head unit). The older version is still out there on a few websites. Quick Google search will get you to both.
