Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Lunch was terrific. Had the halibut ceviche and lemon pepper broccoli but went with the grilled tile fish special instead of the monk fish.

Jeffrey Lurie was there with his wife.

So, what is the ethical solution to a huge excess of candy, which one's spouse buys, over one's feckless protests, every year? It's not clear to me that taking it to work, where people will certainly eat it, is morally preferable to throwing it out.

Good idea, if I habitually rode more than 60 miles. Want some? No dead animals in it.

It's primarily a fish place. You don't go to Chick-fil-A for a for an all-veggie meal. Gorgeous place, BTW. Did you notice the $115 Dover sole? WTH? For that price it had better still be flapping just before cooking.

One of their other places has more vegetables. Their pastry chef used to live across the street from me.

The question now is - How effective can the Warriors be without Steph Curry?

I think my lunch would have been the chilled lobster cocktail, bronzino and salt and vinegar potatoes.

Your recollection is accurate, but it is industrial roller chain.

I rolled through Manlius a few weeks back on my motorized bicycle, and wondered if you were still working at the bike shop. I had been on part of the Point to Pint route, and was being nostalgic.

Thanks. Good ideas, but I am troubled by the entire concept of feeding people stuff you wouldn’t eat because you know it’s not healthy. Feels “elite” in an especially bad way.

Hello, Addiction! Long time no type.
Motorized bicycle? Details?

Still at the bike shop. We changed the name and moved to Fayetteville.

So that’s possible? I assume you need some fiber and a nitrogen source.

I have been a slug, or at least slug like, and became a motorcyclist. I was working crazy hours and not feeding my two wheel addiction, and the motorpickle let me do that.

Nicely, I am now working less, and trying to get back into bicycle shape. Par for the course, my last two "get back on the bike" rides involved flat tires and roadside repairs. Sound familiar?
