Comprehensive Source of Information on Di2 Junction A Flashing Lights?

Is there a comprehensive source of information on what the different combination of flashing and steady lights on Di2 Junction A indicate?

There seems to be a lack of comprehensive information on how long to hold the button, how many times to press and what the lights actually mean.

I understand how to check the battery level and can get the system into both front and rear adjustment mode but sometimes get the red and green lights flashing alternately.

This is a DN110 battery with EW90B 5 port junction.
