Yeah I've been eyeing them for a couple weeks now. Was hoping for a Labor Day clearance but not seeing much. A lot of places have them for $800 though which isn't bad.

Have you looked at the Mavic site recently? They're no longer listed (at least the model I have) so there should be some clearance deals soon.

Interesting. Are they replacing it with a new model? Maybe I'll hold out a little longer since I'm not in a rush if I can find a clearance on the 2015's.

They have a new model but it's Fugly. Yellow hubs and graphics. (Insert vomit emoticon here)

Is that the SL Pro? Yeah I'm not a fan of all the graphics. I prefer a more understated look, although I do like the yellow spoke in the '15 wheel.

My wheels actually came with one yellow spoke. I ordered a set of spokes so I could replace the yellow one for an all black look.

Well they obviously fit my 2014 Sirrus carbon.

They should fit your bike and they should come with the adapters to convert the front 12mm through axle to a 9mm QR. Even if they don't have the QR adaptors you can get them online or the shop can order them.

Just curious, did he say why they wouldn't fit? If not, give him a call and ask him because now I'm curious.

Honestly, I have no idea, I didn't push it and I knew it would fit since other people have them. What tire width are you using btw?

The 2015+ frame differs from previous and can accommodate a wider tire. I'm swapping the stock 30s for 35s--will report back.

Thanks lemme know. I want the Marathon Racers but I they are easier to find in 35 but not sure if they fit. BTW, I got your message, still considering options and will let you know if I want anything. I'm trying to figure out my wheels first before I do anything else though.

The Marathon Racers will fit the 2015 Sirrus without any problem and you should have room to spare.
