it's been way too long

Just thought I would say hello to all of ya. The login screen said its been since 2004 since I visited, and let me tell you all... i miss ya. Ive been riding intermittantly since last year with the new house and the wedding and all. I've been trying to keep up with endurance training and stuff at home... but Im more "clydesdale" now than ever before... If any of you feel like leaving any words of support (or just want to yell at me to get off my butt and back on the trail... feel free.

Anybodywant to fill me in on whats new in the last 2 years? ;-)

Well, bicycles still have two wheels, so you're not too far behind the times! (Sorry, feeling a bit of a smart @$$ this morning) Welcome back to BF's. I can hardly go 2 days without checking in let along 2 years! (then again - I've only been registered here for less than one...)
