Ribble winter headset

I'm building a ribble winter. I'm fitting Alpina carbon forks. The headset that Ribble recommend is a Alpina hidden 45/45 which I have bought but it doesn't fit can anyone help

Cheers and welcome to Bike Forums.

I'm moving this post from General Cycling to Bike Mechanics forum. Carry on...

I assume you got one of these two frames.

Ribble Winter/Audax 525 Frame, Frames, FRAMES AUDAX / WINTER
Ribble Winter/Audax 7005 Frame, Frames, FRAMES AUDAX / WINTER

I'm surprised Ribble doesn't do a little better job with hyperlinking compatible components.

Do you have a set of calipers? Measure the headtube diameter (headset seat), and that should help with the headset selection.

Photos?

Is your headset close? How close? Many headsets are press-fit.
