FS: Shimano 600 EX build kit-bronze with wheelset
SOLD and REHOMED.
Everything you might need (no pedals...sorry). Very nice rider quality 600 EX kit. The full Monty...
Wheels
6208 hubs (my second favorite Hubset other than the Mavic 550). Spins perfectly and forever.
Araya red label bronze. Front is very true, rear has a baby hop I do not like working with. Few small scratches and the brake track is very decent.
Tires convey and could be used.
Original skewers in lovely shape.
BB, Crankset: BSA threads in great condition, races are really clean for 40 years use. Original accordion and crank bolts (I think). Seals are intact.
Biopace rings have many miles left. Threads and tapers is excellent condition. 172.5.
Drive train
6208 Rear derailleur (very good)
6207 Front derailleur (very good)
6208 Shifters (very good but might not be the bronze version).
Freewheel 13-27 6 speed. Good shape and spins beautifully.
Dork disk is original.
Brakes Calipers are excellent. Springs are tight. Levers have small tears in the usual location. Small scuffs on the lever faces.
Headset is in excellent shape. The tape is coming up in one spot. Seals are intact.
Have what I think is a matching seatpost (listed in the extra parts below) that I would include for an extra $30.
Asking $250 plus actual shipping ($50?). PayPal F and F or Venmo if you must. Money order acceptable from longer tenured members. Reasonable offers considered!

Grabbed a pair of the bronze rims on this forum a while back and they get regular use. I like the distinctive look, especially on a white bike. Didn’t know there were bronze-hued Shimano components. Very cool. GLWS!

I Have Pedals to Complete Group
This is a great group set for a build. If anyone buys this, I have a good set of Shimano 600 pedals I would let go for $20, plus shipping. They have the metal cages and are in excellent functional condition and very good cosmetic condition. I am selling them for a little more in another listing, but I like the idea of helping to complete a group, so I will discount them for anyone who buys this group set.
