WTB Campagnolo rear derailleur for a triple

I'm looking to buy a 9 or 10 speed speed rear derailleur for triple drivetrain. I'm using late Chorus 9 speed Ergo levers. The derailleur must be fully functional and cosmetics must be better than average, no road rash please.

No affiliation. There's a Record 10 long cage (triple) for sale on the bay by a very reputable seller. Price is pretty decent figuring condition and how less common these are. I have a search setup for Campy 10s gear and came across this one.

I've been looking at Campy RD's in that range too and found nearly every one has road rash. I am shocked how that could happen. Who puts down a bike on its side that has top end equipment on it? I don't understand. Really hard to find one that is not so bad that you can't file it smooth.

I’ve been noticing that recently with 10-speed Campy shifters. My guess is that it’s an indication these parts were frequently used by amateur racers, who aren’t known for being able to keep the rubber side down at all times.
