What is it?! (Cinelli content)
I found this little oddity at the co-op yesterday. At first... well I don't know, just had to have it i only to ask you guys what it is The black button on top ticks off the numbers and the things on the sides reset them. No idea on the aluminium plate/sheild thing, ect. Any guesses? Lap counter?

Mounts on the front axle, old-school odometer, I first thought, but now I'm thinking it belongs on some kind of other gadget, perhaps on some of their production machinery.
