WTB: 1 Campagnolo Superleggeri-style pedal dustcap

For the first time since 1994, I lost a bit off one of my bikes. Last time it was a Campy 50th Anniversary crank dust cap; this time it's a plastic pedal dust cap from a pair of Campy Superleggeris. Anyone have a spare they can shoot my way? I have a couple/three spares - back in WA - but I'm in AZ for at least another week. I consider this a show-stopper as dirt/dust is gonna kill the outer race in no time while riding here.

Alternate idea: lend me a spare, NOS one and I'll ship one exactly like it back to you once I am back from vacation.

I'd go Ebay but only need the one, so not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for a pair I don't need.

Thanks, Van - you're a lifesaver. Once I get back to WA (after the smoke clears, I hope!) I will shoot one of my spares back to you. PM inbound.

No worries boss.

Gonna be a rider one, I have managed to lose and trash several nice ones lately.

Scratch that, sending a nice one.

If either of you is willing to sell a rider quality pair of caps (or worse), I'm interested and not in a particular rush. Just let me know how much.

If you can find then the Gipeme caps work as well. Smiles, MH

As do KKT, MKS, Zeus, and probably others. But the Gipiemme caps are a close cosmetic match, and fit the same dustcap tool as Campagnolo.

I have sets of Gipiemme, Ofmega, Miche and Campagnolo pedals that are all nearly identical save for the names stamped on them. Of course I can use interchangeable stuff, but it's always nice when the names match, right?

Meh. Nobody can see both dustcaps at the same time.

I always wondered why Allen fittings weren’t used for pedal caps...

True, but what if it doesn't even match what is stamped on the pedal plate? Plus, I will know, so the OCD alarm bells will be ringing in my ears non-stop. I'm mostly kidding, and I know it really isn't a big deal, but isn't part of the C&V fun hunting things down to get them right?

Edit, nope, crank caps. Man.
I should think pedals would get too much grit in them in a very short time. Too much spray from the tires.
