asking $125 plus actual shipping costs
This little frame is almost cool enough to be a wall hanger -- but would be better suited living a second life with someone shorter in stature who can ride the heck out of it

Im not sure -- my usual shipping vendor doesn't do it
DHL Express will if youd like to research it -- figure a 30 x 30 x 6 package weighing 10 pounds shipped from 2913 NW 63rd, Oklahoma City OK 73116 (address of my drop ship location )

That's a very good deal on a great frame. Too small for me by a couple of inches and a half. I would like to make it work but I don't see how. One inch too large or too small, either way, from the optimum frame size is certainly workable, but 2 1/2 inches is a little much. Possibly with one of those extra long seat posts they're selling these days and a stem with an unusually long reach, but that would probably double the price of the bike for me, and I would be against that in principle. But a guy can dream, right?
The older I get , the more sensitive I seem to be on having the frame size be pretty precise for my body -- weird hip angles, toe overlap and compromised handling were no big deal in my twenties, but can have me sore for a week now
But this frameset has a proprietary post with the internal wedge binder I think -- its also a 25.4, so there is likely not many long posts out there ---
I ride a 53c - sometimes a 54 -- IF this machine were in that size range i'd be keeping it for sure - and built with a Campagnolo build kit

This is probably a 1991? Thinking about it but hoping someone takes the temptation away.

Nice frame way too small for me. Most of the Techiniums I have seen have the date on the BB. Pretty sure this one is a 1990 RD 900 Team which would put pretty much at the top end of frames from this time frame.
