Which De Rosa is this? (Vintage content, beware)

My long time buddy has this hanging in his shop, so I didn't want to pull it off the shelf. Really nice with Campy 7sp all the way around, in great shape. He is not the original owner. He would like to get some clincher hoops and restring the wheels.

Anyone recognize the year/make?
Recommendations for clincher rims? (I have to check the hole count on the hubs, guessing 32H)

Itlooks to be 58-60cm so I will try to convince him to let me take 'er out for a Sunday Spin

It looks like a Primato or perhaps a Diamante. As for age, Campagnolo sold Record in 7-speed configuration from about 1987 to 1991.

Agree. I will pull it off the rack next time I'm at the shop and grab some better photos.

Tell him to get a separate wheel set if he is going to go clincher (ugh). In general, I really dislike breaking up an original build.
