Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pro one Evo. What's the difference?

And why do tire companies have multiple tires with the same damn name? How many different Pro ones are there?

Lake Cycling shoes - CX 332 white with black graphic. Size 45... I should have bought 46's. No fault of their sizing, 100% my bad.

While browsing generic deals, picked these up from Nordstrom Rack that my partner promptly claimed will be my Xmas present.

Beverages not included

I also ordered Brooks Running arm warmers with thumb loops; I'm interested in finding out how well they work for cycling.

A handlebar bag, because all the other kids have one!

Seriously, just looking for an easy way to carry a few bulky winter items - neoprene gloves and shoe covers in particular. It's just a little too bulky for jersey pockets with a more serious rain jacket as well.

A Perl Izumi winter jacket and a Star Wars looking saddle IPN.01 for my urinary urgency issues. It gives me a better position on the bike but need to see if it really helps my issue.

1975 Colnago Super
This got here yesterday. I will take it for a ride this weekend after some minor tweaking. I bought this from a fellow BF member and am really excited about trying it out. It ain't cherry but in solid shape and period correct components. I had the tubular wheels traded off for clinchers as I deal with goat head stickers here in Southern California. Same high flange Campy hubs , Super Champion wheels . 700c x 28c Pasela Panaracer tires. Eventually I will restore , but for now just ride! Joe

I know this was a ridiculous and frivolous purchase, but I just picked up a Specialized Hotwalk Carbon for my 15 month old. It will be here next week.
