Still not riding outside yet, staying on the trainer. Went with more structured rides this month avg about 90 minutes every other day.
Total hours for the month was 21.
We’ve had 3 weekends in a row of ****ty weather here in the UK, so I’m really itching to ride outside. My goal was to do trainer rides through March and not start riding outside until April. I don’t think I’ll make it.
I'm barely down any weight for this month, started strong headed toward 220, but I’m up around 222 right now and wanted to be 218 starting March. Will try for more focus in the kitchen where it really matters.

I’m lucky to live , where at least half the month I’m able to bundle up and cruise the neighborhood this time of year. . Last time I weighed I was down 23 lbs. but it took me eight months .
looking forward to warmer , dryer weather where I can get in some longer rides .
next weeks forecast is calling for rain starting Monday right through Thursday. Not going to be a good start for March .

I bought a cheap trainer to see if I could handle sitting in one spot pedaling for hours and it’s never been out of the box . . I can go to a gym and ride their recumbents, but that was so boring to me .

I just need to cure this funky disease I have...every time my elbow bends my mouth opens.
