Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Cough, splutter. Over 600 replies to a "geared bikes" thread in the singlespeed and fixed gear forum? oh God the last photo in the last post, it's...it's a big, fat, noisy DERAILLEUR. It's a conspiracy: A CONSPIRACY I TELLS YOU.

I think most of us just really like bikes, whether they have one speed or many.

This is what is great about working at a co-op. You get to see all sorts of stuff and often times you get to put your hands on the bikes and do stuff to them

Gyes, I need info on your handlebars, mud guards, and tires. I am sorry for your trouble. I know one day you're gonna snap from all the questions.

Fixed.
I was thinking of replacing my conversion with a nice new frame and making a tall bike with the 67cm but it will be a long time before I find another frame that size. I was lucky to find mine as just a frame and fork. Then again, why would I do that to this cool frame?

Was I the only one who noticed you said you have a 68 Hemi Cuda?

Holy geezus. One lucky guy.

Although it would have been hard to hold on to one a few years back when they were pulling HUGE money in auctions! Not like they don't pull a pretty penny today though either.

Hm, those tires aren't on the site. Maybe they are discontinued.

LOL, I was wondering if anyone would catch that......it actually belongs to my father in law, I'm just housing it in my garage for the winter. The thing is all original, he has owned it since he bought it new with 2 miles on it.
