"...29+ wheel with tire?" Well maybe not. If by "29+" you mean bigger than a 29" wheel...with tire...it might not. Park website says it'll accommodate "...up to 29" with or without tire."

29+ = 700 x 3-inch, with a 'normal' 29er tire being 700x2.1" or so, and 'fat' being 700x4" or more.

For the record, almost all fat bikes use 26" rims (559 BSD), with some of the very newest using 27.5 (584 BSD), with widths, as you say, 4" and more. I'm not aware of a 29er (622 BSD) in anything wider than the "plus" width of about 3."

Never hard to remove, but a pain to reinstall if it's tubeless (which a 29+ tire almost invariably would be nowadays)

Hmm, I wasn't aware of that. So probably 29+ is the biggest you can get (without going Dirty Two or Dirty Six?)
A 26" x 5" fat tire is at least as tall when inflated as 29+, maybe a little taller. There are fat bikes that are advertised to be compatible with 26 x 5 and also a 29 x 3, because of the similar outside diameter of the inflated tire sizes.
