Very clean (but overpriced) 1985 Super Course, you don't see these too often. Were these made in Japan, or Washington?

Taiwan.

(I've the same bike in the "other room". (Not that bike. That bike's in Fresno, and I'm not. This bike's here in Wilmington, but from Taiwan, or so the sticker says.))

Stunning Centurion Pro-Tour, 23" or 24" frame

Vancouver BC Craigslist, actual location in Fraser Valley, close to Bellingham USA. Not my size or I'd have no choice but to buy it.

What appears to be an all-original '85 Trek 670, very clean, size 52cm- $525.

The catch: Local pick up only in Los Angeles.

Serotta tandem

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F123882217112

Serotta Steel TandemFilet brazed Columbus Tubing handmade in Upstate NY. Probably late 70s.Original paint. No dents or signs of rust. It's been used but the decals are in good shape as is the red paint.I bought it a few years ago as a "barnfind" and haven't even washed it. Definitely a period piece of what components were available when it was built. Unique "boom tube" (between the 2 bottom brackets) was created for Serotta by Columbus.Less than 50 of these tandems were built. A great addition to a collection!Campagnolo headset, pedals and leftside cranks.Suntour derailleursPhil Wood rear drum brakeMeasured saddle nose to mid-bars 50 cm captain / 38cm stoker
Center to Center seat tube 55cm captain / 49cm stoker
Center to Center top tube 57cm captain / 61cm stokerDue to space requirements this bike needs to sold...Pick up would be best due to the size of a tandem. For shipping you must make arrangements.Ask lots of questions. I will answer promptly. I can also post more detailed photos and information if needed. No returns. Sale is finalPayPal OnlyThank you.

On Aug-25-19 at 04:14:06 PDT, seller added the following information:

The wheels are 700c and currently wearing new Continental Gatorskins in 32mm.

60 cm Trek Road bike - $25 (Richmond)

"Trek 2300 carbon composite road bike
Good condition, tires and/or tubes will need replacing soon ."

https://richmond.craigslist.org/bik/...965684586.html

(Ugh, I want. Shipping would be more expensive than the bike, and who's going to ship a $25 bicycle. Mostly I want the parts, but the bike's my size too. Arg. Well, have at it, Richmond folk. Good hunting.)

Think that price for the 2300 Trek is a misprint? If that price is true, and it was 53 to 55 cm I would be on my way to Richmond, 4 hour drive each way.

$150 Motobecane Grand Record in Mad-Town - https://madison.craigslist.org/bik/d...936461425.html

I've had this saved for awhile, don't know why it hasn't sold yet - maybe a scam? If I were closer I'd check it out for sure.

Looks legit to me. Multiple photos that aren't stock, looks like the balcony of a typical two-flat in the area.

The bike is a mongrel, though. Don't think it was sold retail here; 531 sticker on downtube is in French. Indicates frame only, but then that MIGHT be a 531 sticker on the fork. The only Campag I'm seeing is the derailleurs/shifters. One Weinmann brake, one Universal. Only one hood, looks like a Chia pet. Brooks saddle on a cheap steel seat post. Wheels look "mid-level". TA (?) crank and MM Atom pedals are in keeping with the brand/vintage, but more than show their age. Overall it hasn't been loved. Not "rode hard", but definitely "put away wet".

OTOH, it gets posted to frequently enough that it's pretty-much always on page 1.

IMO, doesn't need to be. I've never seen it get lost. The farthest back it ever makes it is what? Page 3?
