Aero levers with gum hoods? Not Tektro.
Looking around for some aero brake levers but want a pair with brown/gum hoods with similar styling to the Dia-Compe GC07H (these come in brown but are not readily available, $75 after shipping for the one pair I can find) or Shimano R400 levers, but most of the more popular options seem to only come in black. Tektro has some options but I'm not a fan of the styling. Any good suggestions? Bonus points for drilled levers but don't really care.

Came creek have brown hooded levers in silver or black. Not drilled if that’s a deal breaker.

Yep, Cane Creek SCR-5 levers, which are a straight copy of the original Tektro (Ergo style) lever with a straight blade, come in black or gum/tan as do their replacement hoods.
Look around, you’ll find them. Spoke Life Cycles says they have them in stock.

the CC scr-5 are nothing like the aero gran compe or shimano r400 (for which gums were never made). the tektro's that are like the CC's are not even made anymore, so good luck finding them. (i've tried). i landed a deal on the CC levers in silver after patient months of waiting for'em to turn up on ebay. while not like the gran compe's or shimano's, they are basically a direct styling copy of early campy levers. brown (not gum) hoods are available for them, but they have the lizard embossing....which might not be what you're after, but...but....man, are they comfy on the hands!!.and, they have great actuation. nicely enough, they also have a quick release. most road brake calipers have them already (unless they're old campy) so it's kind of redundant, but i've personally come to like that lever feature because with lever and caliper quick release you can run a pretty fat tire and get double the tire clearance when removing the wheel
the only gran compe's i could find were out of europe and japan. and, wow....are they pricey. particularly the cost of shipping. amid those searches, i think i may have seen older campy levers w/gum shaped like the gran compe's/r400's, but honestly it was hard to tell from the provided images if they were aero or not. you might investigate that further
anyway, good luck, polymorphself

Have also found brown replacement hoods for the SCR-5, which can be a solution if you've only been able to buy the black-hooded levers

I have these DiaCompe levers on one bike. From the 90s, I think and not sure of the model, I’m afraid.

i just had to run a quick search to see what you mean. oh dear...i suspect the lever may have been discontinued like the tektros have. one may have to find some levers used and maybe get some brown hoods for it...if those are even still available
edit: yep...i think anything scr related is no longer being made. everywhere i'm looking is no longer available/out of stock. fishing time on ebay
