Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

1) New Gruppo (from 50/34 to 53/39) .... consisting of shifters, brakes, crank, front & rear derailleur, cassette (11/25), chain. The Gruppo came in this morning - photo of some of the stuff.

2) Book ... "Racing and Training with a Power Meter" by Allen & Coggan.... still in transit.

Well, in addition to my new frame/fork I had to add some needed parts...

Bontrager RXL stem
PRO Vibe7 bars
Zeus all carbon seatpost
Handlebar tape
A pair of Michelin Pro4's
Gore Ride-On shift cable set

It's all in the picture.....although, it is dirty already! =)

Getting rid of my old bike rack carrier for this one. No longer going to be transporting my carbon bikes by the top tubes...

ARPRINCE--that's world-class shopping! I'll check out the links.

BTW, how does it fit? I'm 6' 200 lbs and some XXL stuff doesn't come close to fitting. Bike clothing sizes seem to be all over the map.

Silca Hiro for my Pista, since I got tired of struggling with pulling the adapter of the valve.

And wall hangers for some of my bikes. Relatively easy to hang the bikes and taking them off.

They're used: less than 500 miles. From a guy who's a really good MTB racer who thought he would get into road racing but it didn't suit him.

STP,
I picked this one from Brands

when they had them 40% off in an XL, if I recall. I am 212lbs, 38" - 39" waist and it fit perfectly. Pearl Izumi tends to fit like US sizing. Unless from last year to this they changed the sizing, you should be fine. It was a great jacket for riding in Jan and Feb.

My most recent purchases were:

LG IceFit Jersey for $50 in Red

and a Pearl Izumi Elite Jersey $55

Santini Play Jersey $50

And a Cannondale Classic Jersey $30

Got to be ready now that the warmer weather is coming. So I got it all covered, a Canadian, an Asian, an Italian and an American. Got to spread the wealth to all the cycling countries .

Just sent this one back - nice, simple looking jersey, but unfortunately fit me like a belly shirt, with hockey jersey sleeves - not a good look. I usually fit well in Cannondale stuff but not this time. Hope you have better luck than I did!
