Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

its sun rims, cx rays, and ebay hubs i had laced by time bandit. front and rear together combine to 1,325g #likeaboss, and less feathery wheels are everywhere if i ever need one. the tires are 28mm, smaller than 1.25, and i have knobbies too if i want to boost my numbers.

it seems like the wabi lightnings have sensible head tube heights except for the 650c size.

No, the nashbar horns are way shallower in drop. Those are probably nitto rb-021s. Nice bike.

I like them because they're cheap, but eventually I'm going to get RB-002s. I find that although for distance I spend less time on the flats, around town the backward sweep would be really useful.

I may do this too. They are awesome for what they are: strong, reliable bullhorns for under $20. But RB-002's are even better. You get what you pay for I suppose.
