help in adding subtle things to my bike.
I got a soho s recently and wanted to give it a touch of red.
I saw these wheels and tires that I like. Does anyone know where I can get such things cheap?
Any other suggestions on subtle red I can add to the soho s?

Vittoria Zaffiro Pro tires are pretty decent & cheap (that come in red) ~$25 tire usually
For wheels, check velomine, probably the best place for good quality wheels at low price
If you have risers maybe some red ourys (~$10) or bartape if using drops/bullhorns
Lights maybe a red knog or something? I dunno
Most small stuff like that is pretty inexpensive

Thanks guys,
I was also wondering if anyone know a good carbon fiber fork. I was researching around and a lot of people liked easton ec30 but I could not find it for sale anywhere. Any recommendations on a cb fork under 150?
Also, I wanted to change the brake cable housing to red. I found some on amazon...a kit for 20 bucks, any cheaper options?

You can check your LBS but I very much doubt you're going to find red cables for cheaper than that. Amazon is usually as low as it gets.

You can find color cable housing on ebay for insanely cheap. It comes from china and takes a month, but if you're willing to wait it might be worth it.
edit: some from a company in the states for 8 bucks https://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAKE-CABLE-...#ht_953wt_1378 same guy has other listings too for less footage.

Red brake cable housing won't look subtle on a black bike, especially if you keep throwing more red bits on the bike.

hairnet's right, save yourself some dollars if you're planning to replace the wheels anyway, the fomula hubs to deep vs someone posted will treat you nicely, you may be able to shave some dollars and more weight if you go with sun m13 or c18 rims but i don't know how much and i'm not going to look into it for you(sorry). those options also only come in black or silver but that will help your red tires from looking ridic
aaronH is right too if you're going with red grips and tires then red brake cables will look obnoxious, good luck with you bike

Hey guys,
So I decided to go with black and white, instead of adding red to it.
Anyways I want to get deep v wheelset, however I need machined wheelset.
The problem is I don't want the sidewalls to be silver, currently on the trek soho s, it has black sidewalls and its not stripping the paint. Are there any white deeps v with machined sidewalls that are black?

Machined sidewalls only come in raw aluminum. You can paint a sidewall with a paint marker/ sharpie however but the instant you use your brake, the paint'll rub off. Not to mention the paint reducing your stopping power to begin with.

The H+Son SL42 has an anodized aluminum sidewall (which happens to be safe with a brake).
You may have a hard time finding a complete wheelset with those rims however.
edit: Darn! Leuky hit the nail on the head.
