BMX Foam Pit?

Hi guys. A good friend of mine owns a local park with a foam pit installed. He wants to get rid of the old foam cubes and replace them out and asked me if I would help him out. Question is, neither of us can work out what to do with the old foam. Can it be reused? Or is there somebody I would need to contact to take it away? It's at least 1000 x 200mm foam cubes. Hoping somebody here may have some experience. Thanks!

School Track, for the high jump and pole-vault pit?

Sight unseen ? how could anyone else judge, if they're getting rid of it might be past its useful life..

plastics left in the sun long enough deteriorate. or is it just dirty?

Just a little dog-eared and discoloured in all honesty, but that's to be expected from older foam. From what I've read all foam discolours over time due to a chemical reaction. I think they just want to keep it looking nice and new, which is why they're getting rid. This is an indoor foam pit.

Yes foam can be recycled, you just have to find a recycler local to you and arrange transportation.

Have looked into recycling possibilities. Can be done, it's just going to be expensive to take away. Oh well, not my money haha! Thanks for your help guys.

Is the foam still available, where is it located?

There's probably a lot of fecal matter embedded in the foam.
