Bottom bracket conversion

I have a 2010 specialized fuse, the bottom bracket bearings are euro, so they are threaded. I was wondering if there is anyway that I would be able to basically convert it to a standard push fit bearing so I can ditch having to use bearing with threads. My thought was it should be simple, just get a bearing that is the same diameter as the bottom bracket housing that way it’s basically a push to fit bottom bracket.

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

1. You obviously haven't looked at the catalogs anytime recently.
2. What are you hoping to gain? The advantages of replacing one decent BB and crank in good working order with another of a different design are usually VERY small.
I'd only do it if there's something else motivating the change. Wear, crank lengths, better chainline etc etc.
