Miyata 914 60cm

Greetings. I'm posting my 914 for sale as life has dealt some recent challenges. When I purchased it a while back there was slight damage to the fork, which lead to my purchasing the new Tange threadless fork I had installed at a lbs. I will include the original fork if someone is interested, but I cannot guarantee that I still have the corresponding headset. The Rx-100 brake calipers were swapped out for Shimano 105s from around the same era. I will be keeping the wheels shown in the photo, and have sold the original wheels so this price is for everything shown except the seat and wheels/tires. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost through bikeflights and I'll need a day or two to pack it up. $250

I'm curious....

Is the paint battered on the seat/down tube or is that just mud splatter?

ST and TT measurements, please.
