Bianchi Track? On Ebay

This listing popped up on my ebay radar, clearly not what I think of as a track frame. I have little Bianchi knowledge, but there's lotsa stuff here that strikes me as potentially weird? The dropouts look like ones I've seen on later '80s-'90s Bianchis, minus the derailleur tab, but the bb stampings look older/archaic, and I've never seen "Bianchi" stamped into bb shells, and the serial number scheme doesn't match what I've just seen in a quick online peek, and all that plus the older steel cottered-crank bb suggest maybe an older frame? Is this an older Bianchi frame with updated dropouts, were those dropouts used in the olden days, is this some newer retro frame from Bianchi I'm not familiar with?

Anybody recognize the letters stamped in the rear dropout?

All this somehow shorts my circuits.

I've no known connection to the listing/lister, not looking to start a slamfest, and apologies in advance if this is a member's listing. Just trying to understand why so many lights are flashing in my brain looking at this, and hoping to learn a little more about Bianchis in the process.

BTW, the mis-matched fork is obviously a mis-matched fork, and the seller does mention/confirm this.

Yup. That''s a Gipiemme dropout. And it's a road frame, not track.

Nice catch on the Gipiemme drop! They didn't come into being till '64, don't know when those drops with integral rack mounts was introduced.

Do those bottom bracket shell stampings jibe with anything seen on other Bianchis? Just saw a web post saying an "N.6" on a different Bianchi might indicate '86 production, maybe this "N.9" means '89?

Maybe just a late-'80s Italian build with the braze-ons Drewed off. Looks like there's a threaded hole for an under-bb cable guide, helpfully taped over.
