Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nice 56 cm Frame and Fork Cheap

I was in Nor-Cal Bicycles in Santa Rosa over the weekend and they had a Look AL-386 (I think - note this is an ALUMINUM frame) with all sorts of multishaped tubes in 56 cm for a little less than $1000.

I'd be willing to bet that you could give them a call and get it shipped to you for a grand.

That's a nice price for a pretty high end frame and fork.

I notice that neither of you guys had a citation. Yes, you CAN find stomping good deals once in awhile. Where are they now? Just 3 months ago there were KG 241's on the internet for $300. Where are they now?
