Is there a source to purchase some of these cable ends like this that are used for vintage frames with rear derailleurs?

Cut me some slack! I'm not used to such high quality, upper-tier features lol

I thought there was an internal step down, similar to a slightly more modern brake housing cable stop. I think I have one of those things around somewhere!
