Rear IS to 220mm disc caliper adapter--anyone make one?

Does anyone make a disc-brake caliper adapter for a 220mm rotor on a frame with a rear IS mount?
I've searched and cannot find. (I did find an IS front to 220mm post adapter from Hope)
Our Co-Mo speedster came with a 203mm adapter, and I added a 203mm-post-to-220mm-post adapter on top (see below), as I've seen done in pix elsewhere on this site. It works fine, but looks kinda jury-rigged and clunky. Would be nice to have a single piece.

Admittedly, I just learned that there are 220mm rotors.

Haha, I didn’t know either until recently. Here’s our latest, a 220mm Hope Floating Rotor.

No, I already have one of those (see annotated pic below).
Those go from a 203mm post mount to the 220mm. You still need another adapter under that to go from the IS mount, effectively creating the post mount.

Is that a 160mm to 203 with a 203 to 220 on top of it?

So you're looking for a single adapter for 160 to 220?

Hmm, I'm not sure about the 160mm. I think it's an IS to 203 post adapter. Then I put on a Hope 203 post to 220 post adapter on top.
I thought IS was a standard mount (the two vertical bolt holes) and that it would need an adapter in any case, IS to 160,m IS to 180, IS to 203, etc.?
Someone else here probably has more knowledge.
I'm looking for a single adapter for IS to 220.

Seems like you might do better to have a frame builder fit a mount on the chainstay, and not have to use adaptors.
